🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of direct retail charter sales experience
- Background in charter brokerage or retail charter division of an operator
- Proven history closing and meeting revenue targets
- Deep understanding of aircraft types, pricing, margins, Part 135 limits, logistics
- Experience sourcing lift beyond controlled fleet
- Strong negotiation skills
