  • 5+ years in customer-facing Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering
  • Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect)
  • Integration knowledge (REST APIs, SOAP)
  • Telephony and networking fundamentals (PSTN, SIP)
  • Privacy, compliance, and security standards (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001)
