  • Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net new Franchise partners
  • Sign partners and create comprehensive GTM plans
  • Drive Ramp revenue through referrals from franchisors and franchisees
  • Identify and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Educate partners on Rampโ€™s offering and articulate the value props
  • Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience with at least 3 years in Partner Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Channel Partnerships
  • Strong discovery skills with consultative selling
  • Track record as a top performer, regularly exceeding targets
  • Daily focus on tracking and improving performance and efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening
  • Bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
