Own total category performance, including forecasting, monitoring and reporting.
Leading a team of 2 category specialists.
Define and update assortment at store level to meet customer needs.
Negotiate with suppliers to align goals, improve cost structure, and grow P&L.
Create business plans for new opportunities and launch projects with merchandising and pricing.
Work cross-functionally with in-stock, marketing, finance, and retail teams to grow the business.

🎯 Requirements

Five years of category management experience with proven results.
Experience in online or traditional grocery or ecommerce in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills and experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strategic and operational thinker with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, Kazakh and/or Russian.
