Investigate and document property claims, policy review, statements, inspections
Update reserves, prepare or review estimates, and negotiate settlements
Communicate claim updates with customers, contractors, and public adjusters
Provide technical expertise and serve as SME for claims projects
Lead or mentor less experienced staff and drive process improvements

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of property claims experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong estimating and negotiation abilities
Field and/or desk adjusting experience; remote deployment
Knowledge of regulations and internal processes
