🎯 Requirements

  • Background in engineering, chemistry, material science, or field service.
  • Experience with DLP, SLA, or FDM 3D printing (dental lab or industrial).
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Jira ticketing systems.
  • Ability to train customers and present steps online or in person.
  • Strong written/spoken communication; high-stakes communication skills.
  • BS degree in engineering/material science or ~5 years relevant experience.
