🎯 Requirements
- 9+ years in Business Development.
- State Government IT services procurement experience.
- Understand state procurement cycles, timelines, expectations.
- State gov proposal experience; knowledge of procurement laws.
- Familiarity with CA or NJ programs (Unemployment Benefits, IE&E, PFML, WIC).
- Excellent English writing, editing, and external representation.
