Senior Capital Markets Analyst

📋 Description

• Own portfolio analytics for transaction structuring and investor conversations
• Build reporting infrastructure for investor transparency and facility compliance
• Support structuring and execution of ABS transactions and facilities
• Prepare investor diligence materials and data packages
• Monitor warehouse facilities, covenants, performance triggers
• Coordinate investor due diligence across teams for seamless processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in structured finance, debt capital markets, ABS etc.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering; advanced degree may substitute
• Strong quantitative skills; Excel; knowledge of consumer credit assets and KPIs
• Ability to work independently on moderately scoped problems; present recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication for investors and leadership
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple workstreams and discretion
