- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver great candidate/partner experience.
- Deep knowledge of event strategy, logistics, and engagement best practices.
- Comfort attending high-volume on-campus and internal WHOOP events.
- Creative problem-solver with scalable recruiting strategies and a long-term mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication with clarity, empathy, professionalism.
- Experience using recruiting tools (ATS, university job boards) to manage workflows.
- Passion for building early talent pipelines and partnerships with universities.
- Strong commitment to AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

- Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 (US)
