🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in campus or early-career recruiting, high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver great candidate/partner experience.
  • Deep knowledge of event strategy, logistics, and engagement best practices.
  • Comfort attending high-volume on-campus and internal WHOOP events.
  • Creative problem-solver with scalable recruiting strategies and a long-term mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with clarity, empathy, professionalism.
  • Experience using recruiting tools (ATS, university job boards) to manage workflows.
  • Passion for building early talent pipelines and partnerships with universities.
  • Strong commitment to AI tools in day-to-day tasks.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 (US)
