- Own end-to-end campaign optimization and delivery across brand, agency, and publisher accounts.
- Manage campaigns on Verve’s platform and DSPs (The Trade Desk, Meta, IQVIA).
- Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to meet KPIs and margins.
- Collaborate with Ad Ops and Client Success on targeting, tagging, and reporting.
- Provide actionable insights on campaign metrics to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, and forecasting with Finance and Sales Ops.
- Contribute to testing and process improvements in ad ops and campaign delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
- Hands-on with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics tools (GA, IAS, DoubleClick).
- Strong understanding of pixels, click tags, UTMs, and performance tracking.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; SQL a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a passion for ad tech.
