📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end campaign optimization and delivery across brand, agency, and publisher accounts.
  • Manage campaigns on Verve’s platform and DSPs (The Trade Desk, Meta, IQVIA).
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance to meet KPIs and margins.
  • Collaborate with Ad Ops and Client Success on targeting, tagging, and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign metrics to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and forecasting with Finance and Sales Ops.
  • Contribute to testing and process improvements in ad ops and campaign delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Hands-on with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Xandr, Meta) and analytics tools (GA, IAS, DoubleClick).
  • Strong understanding of pixels, click tags, UTMs, and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; SQL a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a passion for ad tech.
