Senior Buyer, Women’s & Unisex, China & North Asia

📋 Description

• Own sales forecasts and unit plans for Women’s & Unisex in China & North Asia.
• Build localized assortments by region, climate, and channel needs.
• Ensure buys meet financial targets while managing inventory risk.
• Present seasonal buys and financial plans to Buying Director.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices in the new division.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, Allocations, Marketing, and Design.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or BS preferred.
• 7+ years in buying, planning, merchandising (apparel/fashion).
• Experience with Asian markets; China/APAC preferred.
• Strong financial analysis with product/trend intuition.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
