- Execute procurement to ensure material availability for production.
- Build supplier relationships to drive quality, delivery, and cost.
- Manage RTV with Quality/Warehouse to resolve nonconforming material.
- Analyze spend, negotiate pricing, and identify cost/lead-time saves.
- Monitor open orders and expedite to sustain production.
- Maintain accurate PO data in ERP and support planning accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
- 5+ years in procurement/materials management in manufacturing.
- Experience managing suppliers incl. contract manufacturers for electro-mechanical assemblies and PCBA.
- Strong negotiation and contract management for total cost of ownership.
- Excel (pivot, lookup, macros) and ERP/MRP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement.
