🎯 Requirements

  • Approximately 8+ years of experience
  • Working knowledge of multifamily, condo and/or hospitality real estate acquisitions, development, and finance
  • Track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Cold outreach and prospecting to drive funnel conversion
  • Advanced Salesforce and Google Suite proficiency
  • Consultative approach with data-driven communication; degree in real estate/finance preferred
