π― Requirements
- Approximately 8+ years of experience
- Working knowledge of multifamily, condo and/or hospitality real estate acquisitions, development, and finance
- Track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Cold outreach and prospecting to drive funnel conversion
- Advanced Salesforce and Google Suite proficiency
- Consultative approach with data-driven communication; degree in real estate/finance preferred
