🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years managing enterprise SaaS platforms in business systems.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Deep Zendesk expertise, including core Support and Zendesk AI features.
  • Hands-on CDPs and customer health scoring tools experience.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency applied to lifecycle systems.
  • Proven track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
