  • Hands-on Zendesk expertise: core config, Guide, Talk, Sell, Copilot.
  • Experience with CDP and retention metrics; data-layer aware.
  • Vendor management: procurement to performance reviews.
  • Requirements, UAT, release mgmt; familiar with integration tools.
