🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow HRSD/WSD in production

• 3 years HRIS in SDLC: analysis, design, testing, implementation, docs
\n
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HR Agent Workspace, Flow Designer, Now Assist, Workplace
\n
• Strategic thinker; translates complex requirements into scalable roadmaps
\n
• Proven ability to drive HRSD/WSD initiatives to completion
\n
• Analytical mindset; uses data to prioritize enhancements
\n
