- Experience in large programs for digital partner engagement and transformation.
- Design-driven user journeys; understand how back-end systems power data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall; translate business needs to technical requirements.
- Salesforce certification recommended; Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, MS Project.
