🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years with Workday integrations and tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Experience integrating Workday with ADP, Okta, Greenhouse, and finance systems.
- Data formats: XML, JSON, CSV; REST and SOAP APIs; SFTP.
- SQL and data analysis; data validation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in data workflows.
- HR data governance and data quality focus.
