🎯 Requirements

5+ years Zendesk design and config
Configure triggers, automation, macros, queries, dashboards
Collaborative, data-driven problem solver
Experience integrating third-party systems and APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication
Propose AI/Automation within Zendesk
Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Google Suite
Zendesk Support Administrator Certification preferred
