Create and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Drive execution across vendors, support teams, and internal stakeholders
Proactively identify blockers and escalate with recommended options
Lead engagement with end users and operational teams
Translate real-world workflows into clear requirements and delivery plans

🎯 Requirements

4-year degree required
Minimum 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Experience partnering with external vendors
Analytics experience with Databricks and SQL
Experience with integrated enterprise systems (EMR/operational platforms)
Strong project management and delivery ownership
