  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Admin capabilities (Validation Rules, Profiles, Roles)
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing for Salesforce processes
  • Manage queues and incidents per defined ticket/incident SLAs
  • Execute Sandbox Refresh and post-refresh activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev, BSA, BI, and stakeholders

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Salesforce Service Cloud exp with Case, SLA, Knowledge
  • Strong SFDC Admin skills: object security, FLS, Lightning
  • Solid knowledge of integrations, automations, and reporting
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, ServiceNow
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet deadlines
