- 5-7 years of Salesforce Service Cloud exp with Case, SLA, Knowledge
- Strong SFDC Admin skills: object security, FLS, Lightning
- Solid knowledge of integrations, automations, and reporting
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet deadlines
