Senior Business Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to close in Greenhouse and sourcing.
• Own roles across all levels, focusing on entry to mid level.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans.
• Drive metrics-driven recruiting in fast-scaling ops environment.
• Build sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, Gem, Juicebox, and other channels.
• Use data and funnel analytics to improve pipeline efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience and communicate Grow Therapy’s mission.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, 5+ years in corporate roles.
• Strong sourcer with outbound pipelines for top technical talent.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Passionate about mental health and Grow Therapy mission.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder skills.
• Live in or can commute to San Francisco or New York.
