🎯 Requirements
- 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on GTM/revenue roles.
- Experience hiring for technical GTM roles (Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects).
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing: outbound, pipeline building, engaging passive talent.
- Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders; able to influence and calibrate.
- Strong business acumen: understands sales orgs, quotas, territories, cycles, metrics.
