📋 Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across levels.
  • Partner with Sales, CX, Marketing, RevOps to align growth targets with hiring.
  • Build and maintain pipelines via outbound sourcing, referrals, events, and mapping.
  • Run structured hiring processes: scorecards, interview plans, debriefs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting focused on GTM/revenue roles.
  • Experience hiring for technical GTM roles (Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects).
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing: outbound, pipeline building, engaging passive talent.
  • Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders; able to influence and calibrate.
  • Strong business acumen: understands sales orgs, quotas, territories, cycles, metrics.
