Senior Business Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the automated enforcement tool (BRE).
• Bridge policy and technical execution to maintain marketplace quality.
• Activate policy enforcement; track performance; mitigate leakage; scale ops.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops to align BRE with roadmaps and regs.
• Define and monitor KPIs on policy compliance and revenue leakage; inform leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in economics, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent analytical experience
• 2-4 years analytics across strategy, ops, or finance
• Experience with data visualization: Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Sigma
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication
• SQL and handling large data volumes
• Cross-functional collaboration and ownership mindset
