Senior Business Intelligence Associate, Marketing

📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and data models in dbt from multiple sources
• Analyze historical data to create insights and actionable recommendations
• Develop deep understanding of Alma's data to empower data-driven decisions
• Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency in current processes
• Support and execute the BI team's mission and strategy
• Act as liaison for data between the business and Engineering to advocate for data improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in data analytics or BI; startup experience preferred
• Expert in SQL; strong dbt experience
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Lightdash); AI-driven workflows
• Experience with Marketing KPIs and campaign/web analytics
• Curious, self-starter; solves ambiguous problems with data
• Able to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
