📋 Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts via calls, email, LinkedIn
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market orgs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute account-based strategies and develop accounts
  • Qualify prospects using BANT, MEDDIC, and other frameworks
  • Qualify inbound, outbound, and marketing-generated leads for the sales team
  • Mentor junior BDRs and share prospecting best practices

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of successful BDR/SDR experience with quota achievement
  • Proven track record generating qualified pipeline within Enterprise accounts
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior team members
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales (Genesys/CCaaS experience preferred)
