Support and optimize fiat wallet channels with cross-functional teams to improve conversions and UX.
Manage daily fiat ops across bank transfers, rails, and PSPs; monitor flows and issues.
Improve fiat workflows to reduce deposit/withdrawal friction; enhance efficiency with automation.
Drive fiat growth via GTM, local partnerships; use insights to optimize product and ops.
Partner with Product, Eng, Risk, Compliance to support regulatory, KYC/AML, launches, expansion, and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree+; 5+ years in payments or related fields.
Experience with LatAm local payment channels.
Operational experience with banking/wallet channels preferred.
Interest in crypto, blockchain, and trading/finance.
Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder/communication skills.
Data-savvy; understands basic ops metrics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ability to work under pressure.
