  • Deep Omnichannel/3PL fluency; DTC vs B2B, multi-node vs single-node pricing.
  • Forwarding-adjacent credibility; discuss FOB-to-door costs and customs.
  • Proven player-coach; enabled AEs, ran deal reviews, built playbooks.
  • Strong network in Chinese BtC e-commerce: TikTok Shop, Amazon top sellers.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; write proposals in English, pitch in Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent operating experience welcome.
