📋 Description

  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle—from acquisition to closing.
  • Drive revenue and develop strategic growth across Germany and Europe.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and leadership on GTM and accounts.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders with cross-functional teams.
  • Track pipeline, KPIs, and revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales in digital, agency or tech-led environments.
  • Proven success selling CGI, production, creative and MarTech solutions.
  • Contract writing, pricing strategy, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Experience crafting and delivering RFP/tender responses.
  • Project management: scope, schedules, risks, quality.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus.
