  • Identify high-value DoD mission needs using eVTOL tech.
  • Align opportunities with vehicle architecture, autonomy, and integration.
  • Collaborate with COCOMs and defense incubators to shape opportunities.
  • Develop end-user pull and inform DoD solution requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with executives, engineering, ops, and PMs.
  • Take a hands-on leadership role; coordinate with account managers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10-15+ years in defense BD, government sales, and capture management.
  • DoD customer experience with Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, SOCOM; DHS/DOJ/IC.
  • Experience with primes, subs, or OEMs.
  • Experience with AI/ML, autonomy, aviation; IDIQ, SBIR/STTR, FFP, OTAs.
  • Experience in international defense sales (FMS, DCS) and an existing book.
  • Established relationships with PEOs, PMs, COs, and end users.
