- Coordinate periodic BCP reviews and updates to reflect changes.
- Ensure BCP scope covers all relevant DigiCert entities, services, and functions.
- Coordinate BIAs across critical processes; document RTO/RPO/MTD.
- Maintain governance of DR plans across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Engineering.
- Develop and maintain a BCP/DR testing framework (tabletop, simulations).
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in business continuity, disaster recovery, risk, governance, or compliance.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of BCP/DR frameworks, lifecycle, and testing.
- Understanding of RTO, RPO, MTD and BIAs.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 or similar standards; SaaS/cloud environments.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management in regulated environments.
