  • CRM/ERP or sales compensation tools: Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Xactly, Callidus, Anaplan.
  • SQL and relational databases proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills; translate business needs to technical requirements.
  • Customer-focused; works with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, IT).
  • Independent; manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
