🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in BA, PM, or related role.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar.
