🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in financial services and/or consulting.
- Proven experience designing and delivering Target Operating Models.
- Ability to translate objectives into future-state processes, roles, and TOM designs.
- Strong understanding of how systems, workflows and data support TOM.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformations with structured change frameworks.
- Hands-on Agile delivery experience (user stories, backlog, sprints).
