🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years as a BA in TPRM/Operational Resilience/BC in financial services
- TPRM SME knowledge, incl. BCP testing, exit strategy, supplier criticality, resilience standards
- End-to-end third-party risk lifecycle experience
- Cybersecurity risk and control gaps experience, including tolerance tracking and remediation
- Ability to produce high-quality BA documentation (maps, user stories, catalogs) and facilitate workshops
- Strong stakeholder management across 1LOD, 2LOD, Procurement, Tech, and Risk
