🎯 Requirements

4–6 years in business analytics, BI, or quantitative field.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.
Strong statistics, data modeling, and experimentation design (A/B testing).
Excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills.
Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
Ability to translate problems into human-centered, actionable solutions.
