- Lead business analysis across Guidewire deployments, upgrades, or integrations.
- Elicit, document, and refine requirements for Guidewire configuration and development.
- Facilitate workshops with underwriting, claims, operations, and IT to define target-state processes.
- Support backlog management, user story creation, and sprint ceremonies in Agile delivery.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Strong BA experience in Insurance (P&C, London Market, or Specialty preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements for Guidewire configuration.
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models with cross-functional technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
