Leverage Power Platform to enhance CRM (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Optimize and maintain CRM integrations with Azure, HRIS, ERP, Power BI.
Define data governance standards and CRM best practices for consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine business and end-user needs.
Document processes and technical solutions; support Agile Scrum and DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

Power Platform expert (5+ years) for Project Operations, Sales, and Customer Service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work with minimal supervision.
Organized and familiar with Agile Scrum.
Functional understanding of Sales, Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Support processes.
Excellent communication in French and English; strong interpersonal skills.
