- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders.

π― Requirements
- 3-6+ years in Business Analysis, Sales Ops, or CRM roles.
- Experience with Salesforce-based organizations.
- Experience supporting sales, revenue ops, or enablement teams.
- Proven ability to deliver process improvements or system implementations.
- Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Salesforce knowledge: Leads, Accounts, Opportunities; reports/dashboards; automation (Flows/Process Builder).
- Data & reporting: analyze sales performance data; Excel/Sheets; data quality.
