Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Senior Business Analyst to join the product development team and shape enterprise‑level OSINT data products.
• Bridge business needs with technical execution through strong business and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery.
• Work with a multi‑functional team in Croydon, reporting to the Demand Management Director, shaping demands and deliverables within the Single Intelligence Environment.
• Partner with Product, R&D and Development to capture and refine requirements; deliver high‑quality product specs for data products.
• Break down epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; align requirements with technology strategy.
• Lead backlog refinement, standups, sprint planning and retrospectives; support backlog structuring and data‑driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in data product environments.
• Strong experience in business and data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise web applications, APIs, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with data modelling and data quality analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs and relational/non‑relational DBs using scripting languages to draw insights.
• Working knowledge of data platforms involving ETLs (e.g., medallion architecture) and AWS Cloud platforms/services.
