📋 Description

  • Act as liaison between the client’s business and software teams.
  • Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years as BA/Business Systems/Data Analyst with delivery track record.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation.
  • Proficient with wireframing tools: Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, UML.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall; JIRA; able to write SQL.
  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification a plus; BPM experience nice-to-have.
