- Proficient with wireframing tools: Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, UML.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall; JIRA; able to write SQL.
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification a plus; BPM experience nice-to-have.
