- Assess building designs against NCC/BCA provisions for various classifications.
- Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports.
- Collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures.
- Site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.
- Prepare "Performance Solution" Design verification reports for non-fire performance solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.
- Post graduate qualification in ‘Building Surveying’ or similar with relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of the performance requirements of the BCA
- Familiar with the construction industry and capable of being accredited as a Building Surveyor (Restricted).
- Have a detailed knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and Regulations, Home Building Act and Regulations and the Disability Discrimination Act and Regulations.
- Be familiar with the Work Health and Safety requirements for the office and onsite.
