🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial underwriting (construction/casualty/Builder's Risk preferred)
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication; high emotional intelligence
- Sales/marketing skills; able to position accounts and close deals
- Solid background in risk analysis, compliance, pricing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
