🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or STEM; 5+ years as Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing
- Aerospace manufacturing experience; strong knowledge of quality processes and GD&T
- AS9100/ISO9001 experience; FMEA, APQP, SPC
- Interfacing with design, manufacturing, test; cross-functional collaboration
- Owns processes; strong communication across diverse teams
- Familiarity with PLM/MES/ERP/QMS software; NPI experience
