  • Develop and execute sponsorship strategy aligned to event goals, revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure sponsors with Brokerage leadership and the Events team.
  • Build tiered sponsorship packages and customized proposals with benefits, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate internal approvals with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Serve as the primary contact for sponsors from onboarding through post-event reporting.
  • Oversee sponsor activations, including branded materials, booth builds, speaking opportunities, and product demonstrations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sponsorship or partnership sales and partner management within the experiential or event space.
  • Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-value sponsorships for conferences or brand-owned events.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship strategy, activation planning, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Production teams to execute partnership agreements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing clear sponsorship proposals and presentations.
  • Experience using reporting tools or dashboards to measure sponsorship performance and outcomes.
  • Ability to balance sponsor objectives with brand standards and event goals.
