- Develop and execute sponsorship strategy aligned to event goals, revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure sponsors with Brokerage leadership and the Events team.

- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate internal approvals with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors from onboarding through post-event reporting.
- Oversee sponsor activations, including branded materials, booth builds, speaking opportunities, and product demonstrations.
π― Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sponsorship or partnership sales and partner management within the experiential or event space.
- Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-value sponsorships for conferences or brand-owned events.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship strategy, activation planning, and contract negotiation processes.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Production teams to execute partnership agreements.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing clear sponsorship proposals and presentations.
- Experience using reporting tools or dashboards to measure sponsorship performance and outcomes.
- Ability to balance sponsor objectives with brand standards and event goals.
