- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or marketing-focused creative roles.
- Experience at a brand or design agency, ideally with B2B SaaS or tech.
- Portfolio showing systems thinking across brand, web, and print.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and composition.
- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for marketing surfaces such as websites, campaigns, decks, and events.
