Senior Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Parafin's visual identity; maintain brand system and templates.
• Maintain and scale brand asset library and style guide.
• Concept and execute campaigns across web, social, paid ads, email, blog, and video.
• Design, build, and maintain website assets and pages with marketing and engineering.
• Art-direct and produce video and motion content for social, ads, and web.
• Collaborate with product design to market features and ensure brand consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of visual/brand design experience.
• Versatile portfolio across digital and print, including web, social, and motion.
• End-to-end ownership of visual identity; strategy to rollout.
• Experience leading or contributing to a rebrand or brand refresh.
• Proficient in Figma + Adobe CC; After Effects and Lottie.
• Fintech/B2B SaaS experience; photography or art direction a plus.
