🎯 Requirements

Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong motion design with After Effects
3D experience with Blender (nice to have)
CMS and email design tools experience (nice to have)
7+ years agency or scale-up experience
Fintech familiarity; mobile/web UI knowledge is a plus
