Senior Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Implement Flex’s rebrand across all marketing and owned surfaces.
• Concept and execute brand-forward creative across paid ads, landing pages, social content, and assets.
• Translate a design-led identity into scalable systems for digital, web, email, and social.
• Create light motion graphics and simple animations to elevate paid media and web experiences.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, PMM, and external agencies.
• Contribute to brand governance tools, templates, and asset frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in brand design, visual design, or art direction in high-growth brands or agencies.
• Exceptional portfolio across web, paid media, lifecycle/email, social, and campaigns.
• Expertise in modern design and animation tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven design tools and workflows.
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail; quick, high-quality work.
• Proven ability to manage time independently and juggle multiple workstreams.
• Experience in FinTech or other regulated industries is a plus.
