Own hardware designs for Archer’s high voltage battery management system.
Lead design of BMS PCBA through lifecycle: simulation, schematic, layout, and reviews.
Collaborate with mechanical and software teams from the start for integration.
Design circuits for diagnostic coverage, redundancy, and fault tolerance.
Own PCBA bring-up and verification with lab equipment.
Coordinate builds with PM, DFM, supply chain, and quality teams.

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
3+ years designing and verifying complex electrical circuits.
Experience with HV battery systems and BMS electronics.
Proficient in Altium Designer and LTSpice.
Detailed knowledge of IPC-610/2221/2222 PCB design rules.
Bonus: HV battery design in aviation or automotive.
